Veritides is an informational directory mapping labs of laboratory research reagents. We exist to make a chaotic market more transparent for research buyers — without selling anything ourselves, without collecting personal data beyond an email address, and without taking commissions on transactions we have no part in.
Our mission
To replace word-of-mouth, screenshot threads and anonymous forums with a single, accountable, version-controlled source of lab information. Every score, every badge, every tier change is recorded in an audit log. Every legal document is versioned with a public change log.
We do not take samples. We do not take gifts. We do not take incentives.
Every other directory in this category is captured by its own labs — through free product, sponsored "reviews", revenue-share affiliate links, or quiet ranking boosts. Veritides exists because none of that is acceptable in a market where buyers cannot easily verify what they are receiving.
We reject all unsolicited shipments. Vials, peptides, lab kits — returned at the sender's expense or destroyed with photographic record on file.
Outbound links carry no tracking IDs and pay us nothing. We do not negotiate commission, rev-share, or referral fees with any listed lab.
Sponsored placements are visually fenced into a single labelled strip. They never move a lab in the ranking table or influence the trust score algorithm.
We store an email address and a username. That's it. No tracking pixels, no cross-site identifiers, no data sales — full stop.
Subscription fees from Verified and Premium listings are the platform's only revenue. Every pound is reinvested into: third-party lab document verification, community forum sponsorships and moderator honoraria, hosting and infrastructure, and the independent legal review of each versioned policy document. We publish an annual transparency note breaking the numbers down.
How a Veritides trust score is built
Every lab is scored on a 0–10 scale across three weighted inputs, recomputed nightly. Methodology documents and historical score changes are linked from each lab's profile.
Hands-on audit of the listing, lab documents, ordering experience, and customer-service responsiveness.
Aggregated signals across the web — sentiment, complaint clustering, and longevity flags reviewed by a human editor before scoring locks.
Only reviews that pass identity & evidence checks are counted. Anonymous noise is filtered out.
