How review verification works

Veritides operates a three-tier review system so higher-confidence reviews carry more weight than anonymous ones.

Three review types

Unverified Review — guest review with a nickname only. Weighted 25%.
Registered User — review by an account with a verified email address. Weighted 50%.
Verified Purchase — review with admin-approved supporting evidence (order confirmation, invoice, shipping confirmation, payment receipt). Weighted 100%.

Manual verification (v1)

You can optionally upload evidence with your review. Files enter a private admin queue. Approved reviews receive the Verified Purchase badge.

Privacy

Uploaded documents are never displayed publicly and only viewable by Veritides admins for verification. Always redact your name, address, email, and phone number before uploading.

Future verification

We're designing for order-number checks and lab-confirmed purchases, plus future WooCommerce, Shopify, and custom lab API integrations.
