Transparency Manifesto

Our Process

Exactly how Veritides tracks, categorises, and verifies peptide sources — and where our responsibility ends. No mystery boxes, no opaque ranking, no pay-to-rank.

Veritides is an independent database — not a laboratory.

Our "Verified" status reflects compliance with our document validation standards and structural verification pipelines. It is not a clinical or medical safety endorsement by our staff, and it is not a substitute for your own due diligence, qualified medical advice, or jurisdictional legal review.

Three listing tiers

Strictly separated

Premium subscription tiers unlock design and visibility features only. They have zero influence on the organic Trust Score algorithm — that math is identical for every listing on the platform.

Tier 1

Unverified Listings

  • Indexed from public sources or community submissions
  • No proof of CoA, ownership, or operational claims
  • Trust Score calculated from public signals only
  • Owner can claim the page to upgrade tier
Tier 2

Verified Sources

  • Passed our 4-step verification pipeline (below)
  • Active strike-policy contract signed
  • Cryptographic CoA linkage required
  • Verification lapses if docs are not renewed
Tier 3

Premium Featured

  • Subscription unlocks layout, theme, banner, custom cards
  • Eligible for homepage sponsored slots
  • Does NOT alter Trust Score — algorithm is blind to tier
  • Editorial line stays independent
Firewall: the Trust Score pipeline never reads tier,featured_until, or any billing field. Reviewed in the public audit log.

Verification timeline

4 audit checkpoints

Every Verified or Premium source moves through these four checkpoints before the badge is issued — and re-runs them on a cadence to maintain it.

  1. Step 1

    Cryptographic CoA Matching

We resolve every claimed lab report directly inside the issuing third-party laboratory's database node, matching hashes and signed metadata. Hand-typed or self-hosted PDFs are rejected. If the lab cannot validate the document at origin, the upload fails.

  2. Step 2

    Operational Parameter Checks

We confirm that declared shipping regions, minimum order constraints, and turnaround times are internally consistent and match the data the source actually fulfils on. Discrepancies are flagged before the Verified badge is granted.

  3. Step 3

    Contractual Accord

The source signs and agrees to our full data compliance ruleset and strike policy. This includes review-fraud penalties, dispute SLAs, and the requirement to keep CoA links current. The signed accord is hashed and stored in the audit log.

  4. Step 4

    Dynamic Decay Recertification

Verification is not permanent. If updated lab documents aren't re-submitted on schedule, the badge automatically lapses and the listing returns to the Unverified tier with a public 'recertification pending' marker until refreshed.

Independent. Auditable. Reversible.

Every verification, demotion, and tier change is recorded in our public audit log. If a source falls below standard, it falls off — regardless of subscription status.
