How Trust Scores are calculated

The Veritides Trust Score™ is a 0–100 grade built from six weighted, independently graded signals.

The six factors

Review Quality (18%) — editor review depth, balance, and 0–10 grade.
Verified Reviews (20%) — ratio of verified to total reviews, volume, and average rating.
Business Tenure (12%) — years operating since the founded year.
Community Reputation (18%) — internal reputation + Trustpilot/Discord presence + Verified Lab boost.
Lab Transparency (18%) — profile completeness and AI analysis presence.
Customer Satisfaction (14%) — internal customer score and average star rating.

Grading bands

Each factor is graded A+ to F: 92+ A+, 82+ A, 70+ B, 55+ C, 40+ D, below F. The overall total is rolled up by weighted sum and assigned a band: Excellent (88+), Strong (75+), Fair (60+), Caution (below).
