Rankings combine our Trust Score™, review quality, and review weighting. Sponsored placements never modify a lab's trust score.
What drives ranking position
- Trust Score (six weighted factors — see below)
- Weighted average rating from verified, registered, and guest reviews
- Review volume + recency
- Profile completeness and external presence
What does NOT affect ranking
Paying for the Premium tier does not change a lab's Trust Score or ranking position. Premium placements are always clearly labelled Sponsored.
