Review dispute process
Labs can dispute any review on their listing. Disputes enter a moderation queue and are reviewed by Veritides admins.
Dispute reasons
- Customer cannot be identified
- Suspected fake review
- Spam
- Abuse or harassment
- Competitor activity
- Incorrect information
Outcomes
Admins can keep the review, remove it, or request additional evidence from the lab. While a dispute is open the review shows a "Disputed — under review" indicator publicly.
