Frequently asked questions

Free listings show basic vendor data — name, region, public metrics — with no outbound link. Verified listings are paid, audited, and unlock the outbound link plus banner, theme and layout customisation. Sponsored (Premium) listings add homepage placement, custom tile effects, listing background and custom information cards. Any layout, theme, banner, background or tile change a Premium vendor makes is automatically mirrored on their sponsored placement.

Verified means the vendor has passed an initial automated compliance audit and a manual review — primarily that their public site contains no human-use claims, dosages, or therapeutic guidance, and shows a clear research-only disclaimer. Verification relates to compliance with our vendor policy. It is not a warranty of product purity, safety, or shipping outcomes.

Every outbound link routes through a 3-second leaving notice. This makes it clear you are exiting Veritides, that we have no involvement in the destination's operations, and that the destination's content is its own responsibility. You can cancel or continue immediately from that notice.

Create a free Veritides account, open the listing, and click 'Claim this listing'. You'll be given a unique verification token. Add the token as a meta tag on your homepage (or to a known channel such as your support email or Discord). We'll verify and link the listing to your account — no cost, no PII required. We never ask for legal name, address, or government ID.

Reviews from guests are clearly labelled. Authenticated reviews carry a reviewer trust score (account age, helpful votes, verification rate). Reviewers can optionally attach evidence — order confirmations, tracking screenshots with PII redacted — to be marked Verified. Spam, incentivised or fabricated reviews are removed and the vendor may dispute any review through the in-platform process.

Anabolic-androgenic steroids (AAS), SARMs, and any substance classified as Class A, B, or C under the UK Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 are banned outright. Discovery during application means permanent rejection; discovery after approval means immediate, non-refundable termination of the outbound link. See Lab Terms section 3.4 for the full clause.

The only personal data we require is the email address you sign up with. We do not ask for legal names, addresses, phone numbers, or government ID at any point — not for accounts, not for vendor verification, not for review verification. We also warn both visitors and vendors before they submit anything to discourage them from including PII in reviews, descriptions, or dispute evidence.

Your listing stays live — we never delete a lab on non-payment. It simply reverts to the Free tier: the Verified or Premium badge is removed immediately (the badge only ever reflects an actively-maintained verification), your custom layout, theming and background reset to the standard Free appearance, and your outbound website link is hidden again — the unlocked link is the biggest paid benefit so it does not persist past your subscription. All of your existing customer reviews stay, and the page remains indexed in Google so any traffic the listing has earned continues to land on Veritides. If you resubscribe within 60 days we restore your Verified status instantly, no new manual review needed. After 60 days the listing is flagged for full re-verification and a one-time £19 review fee applies, treated like a fresh first month.
